It has improved gameplay and mechanics that the previous Street Fighter game lacked and it has the fast gameplay which was (sadly) removed/decreased in its successor, Street Fighter 4. This game/rom is also compatible for a program called GGPO where you can play some arcade games online if in any case, the Kailerra feature on some mame builds (such as mame++) is causing the gameplay to lag. The best sprite based fighting game ever, nuff said.
